NEW CLIENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a consultation form.
If you are running late, we appreciate a call to let us know. We may need to rearrange your booking time
to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
48 hours prior to your appointment, we send you an SMS confirmation with the day & time of your
appointment.
Please reply “YES” or “NO” or call us to reschedule.
Please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule, otherwise our cancellation
policy may apply.
SERVICES POLICY
We operate in accordance with relevant Health and Safety law, Codes of Practice and other Government
regulations and Industry guidelines; the following is a short summary of issues relevant to the safety of
you, other clients and our staff.
We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior towards our staff or
other clients may result in the termination of services.
La Vie Laser & Beauty Clinic reserves the right to refuse your treatment if you are apparently intoxicated
or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are not feeling well, please tell us before the start of your
treatment.
All our equipment is checked and maintained in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines and industry
standards, points of contact with you are either sterilized before each treatment or disposed of after each
treatment.
REFUND POLICY
Generally, refunds will not be provided for Products or Treatments purchased from us. We will provide
refunds of Products and Treatments sold to you where we are required to do so by Australian Consumer
Law, including:
for any Products or Treatments purchased which we are unable to provide to you.

Treatments are not transferrable to other areas of the body or another individuals .
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. To be fair to all clients, by buying
Treatments you agree to comply with and be bound by our cancellation policy.
If you fail to attend an appointment without providing at least 24 hours prior notice, we reserve the right to
charge you 50% of the treatment cost.
If you have pre-paid for an appointment and you fail to attend that appointment, you may forfeit one
treatment from your package.
ADVERSE REACTION POLICY
We take pride in all of our therapists professionals who are trained to the highest standard. In the unlikely
event that you experience a side effect, we will require up to 12 weeks to investigate your concern. We
require your full co-operation during this time, which may include weekly consultations for assessment as
advised by your trained technician.
Pre-paid Treatments
Multiple treatments and/or sessions may be pre-purchased at discounted prices. All payments must be
made in full and the terms of our refund policy apply
Prepaid treatments will expire 12 months from the date of purchase
Packages purchased with multiple areas in the package cannot be split over separate appointments and
must be paid in total upfront
prepaid treatments are non refundable and are not transferable to other individuals or other treatment
areas.
The discount is calculated using the standard single treatment price, and not pre-paid prices or areas
already reduced.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
CHILDREN AT OUR CLINIC
We love kids as much as we love safety! It is not safe for children under the age of 16 to be in our
treatment rooms
Please check with the clinic directly about room in the waiting areas and be aware that we do not provide
any supervision for children, and we take no responsibility for the safety of children, including without
limitation where they are being left unattended in our waiting areas.
